Does BigRose provide a guarantee?
BigRose guarantees delivery of the highest-quality, fresh flowers to your specified delivery address within the US (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and Canada. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers,
please notify us on the day of delivery and speak with a customer service representative.

How does BigRose guarantee freshness?
We can guarantee freshness due to our strict quality control procedure. Every rose that is shipped under the BigRose brand must be the best of each daily harvest. If a rose falls below our standards, it is discarded. Our practice works like this: four days prior to your delivery date, your roses get cut at the stem on our farms located in South America. Our team packages them in bunches of 25 and wraps them tightly with a protective plastic covering. Each bunch is labeled with its unique variety name. Three days prior to their delivery, they are boxed and transported to our refrigerated warehouse in Miami, Florida. On this same day, FedEx picks them up at this location and delivers them overnight to you. Because we supply our own roses, BigRose is your fastest way to receive a freshly cut South American rose.

Does the price include shipping?
For deliveries within the continental US, all BigRose prices include free FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping. Priority Overnight Shipping can be provided for an additional fee of $10.00. There is a $10.00 per box surcharge for all deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, and a $25.00 per box surcharge for all deliveries to Canada and Puerto Rico. Shipments to Canada might take 1 extra day due to possible delays in customs.

 

What's the earliest I can have my flowers delivered?
Your flowers can be delivered as early as four days after placing your order. If you place your order on Monday before noon EST, your flowers can be delivered by Friday of the same week. If you place your order anytime between Monday afternoon and Thursday before noon EST, your flowers can be delivered by the following Tuesday. Orders placed anytime between Thursday afternoon and noon on Friday EST can be delivered by the following Wednesday. If you place your order anytime between Friday afternoon and Sunday, your flowers can be delivered by the following Thursday.

We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday. We offer Saturday deliveries only within the continental US for an additional charge. We do not deliver on major holidays.


Where is our service available?
We take orders from anywhere in the world, for delivery in the US (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Canada..

When should I order?
Orders can be placed up to three months before the delivery date, and must be placed at least four week days in advance of your requested delivery date


What time will the flowers arrive?
Depending on the address, deliveries within the continental United States will arrive between 8:00 am and 5:00 PM on the requested delivery date. All deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will take place by 5:00 PM. Our service provider does not telephone prior to delivering packages.

What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
 We highly recommend that someone will be there to receive the package at the time of delivery, if not, FedEx might leave the package outdoors, or take it back to the FedEx station for a re-attempt on the next business day.
