BigRose is not responsible for flowers delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender or decreased flower quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

How are the flowers packaged?
All BigRose orders are packaged in especially designed boxes to ensure freshness during the delivery process. The roses are grouped in bunches of 25 stems and tightly wrapped in a plastic covering. Each bunch is appropriately labeled with its unique variety name. Enclosed in the box you will find floral food, instructions on how best to care for your flowers and if requested, your personal message
